The job:

Finance Facilitator

As a Finance Operations Facilitator, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly. Your job is more than just number crunching; you're the go-to person making sure money matters are handled without a hitch in our tech-driven manufacturing world.

Here's what you'll do:

Manage money in and out, keeping a close eye on credits, debits, and all transactions.
Lead the charge in making sure all financial activities meet our high standards.
Talk with customers to ensure they pay on time and that we bill correctly, using your great communication skills.
Work with different teams to keep our finances clear and coordinated.

Requirements

Have at least an MBO-level education in finance, accounting, or similar.
1-2 years in finance or accounting, or even just relevant internship experience.
Understand how money moves in a business, including invoicing and keeping track of finances.
Skilled with financial software for managing transactions and reports.
Great at talking and working with people, both customers and teammates.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a team.
Innovator at heart, always looking to make things better.
Not a fan of wasting time and always looking for ways to do things more efficiently.
Ready to tackle new challenges and grow.
