Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller at Wefabricate, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial insights and ensuring its continued success. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting and are looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insightful reports to assist management in decision-making processes. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly reporting and financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Process improvement: Wefabricate values innovation and continuous improvement. As a Financial Controller, you will proactively identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and implement new tools or systems to optimize financial operations
Cash Flow Management: You will manage and forecast cash flow to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources. This includes monitoring accounts receivable and payable, coordinating with vendors and customers, and implementing effective cash management strategies.

Requirements

Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role. You should be able tointerpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights tosupport decision-making;
Communication andCollaboration: Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectivelyinteract with cross-functional teams and present financial information tonon-financial stakeholders;
